ONE PAGE WEBSITE
One page websites are great for businesses who perhaps don’t have a lot of content but want to have somewhere to share who they are and what they offer. It’s also a great option to start capturing emails or enabling people to reach you outside of social media.

FIVE PAGE WEBSITE
A perfect starting point for a new business that can evolve and grow as your business does. All 5 page websites include your home page which acts as a guide for the rest of your site. You then select your additional pages, these can be, about, services, gallery, testimonials and contact. We will discuss your exact needs and I will tailor your quote to suit.

ECOMMERCE WEBSITE
Every eCommerce site is its own creation and has its own needs. Your foundation is based on a 5 page website with the addition of your shop front and an allowance for up to 10 products. I will tailor your build from start to finish for every page and product to suit your business and elevate your customer journey.

The list of extras I could put here is almost endless, so to get the wheels of creation turning, some of the things you can add are, a blog, your portfolio, connection to Facebook messages, an Instagram feed, an Instagram links page, a podcast, a membership site, an online course, a wholesale shop in addition to your retail shop, shop items behind a paywall, sales pages, landing pages, affiliate pages and links. WEBSITE CARE PLANS
Monthly care plans are available to anyone with a WordPress website regardless of who built it. For sites I’ve built, you get access to all my licences for as long as you have a care plan in place. If you choose not to take up a care plan you will be required to purchase your own licences for any premium products and will take over managing the ongoing maintenance of your website. If you have an existing WordPress site and would like it managed, I can customise a care plan for you.

WEBSITE AUDITS
I offer two options for website audits. Both options receive a written report plus recommendations. Please note the backend audit is only available for WordPress websites.
- Front End Only Audit: this tests the user experience, ease of use, correctly functioning links & forms, device responsiveness and the overall customer journey.
- Front & Backend Audit: this includes the above front end audit, plus a full assessment of your WordPress dashboard, where things can be cleaned up and streamlined and how best to optimise the power of your WordPress website.

TECH SUPPORT FOR AN EXISTING WEBSITE
For those who manage all their own tech but have hit a wall or are just so damn good at what you do you find yourself time poor and not able to get to “that thing you know you need to do”. The list of things I can help with here is almost endless. A glitch on your website, emails not sending or receiving, minor edits and updates to your site. While my services are primarily available for WordPress sites I can assist with other sites, please contact me to discuss your needs.

The Process
ONE
Are we a good fit? This is the single most important thing to me. I’m not someone who takes on every build that comes through the door. We need to “get” each other. So the first step is to send me an email and let me know what you need, what you’re struggling with or what you want to achieve. I’ll get back to you and let you know if and how I can help, then we jump on a call.
TWO
Get to know each other Zoom call. I may ask you to provide me a little more detail about certain things before the call so I can do some research on how best to support you. This call is a chance for me to get to know you and what you need your website to do for you. It’s also a chance for you to see if you even like me (fingers crossed!)
THREE
I do more research and we get clear on what’s to be included in your website build, then I prepare and send you, your quote. If you’re happy with the price and the timeline, you pay your first instalment and we get the ball rolling.
FOUR
Site styling and building. We collaborate to ensure the elements of your site are to your liking, this is your design brief and a chance to get all your thoughts down on paper. Once you’re happy I get to work building your home page. This is then used as a guide for the rest of your site. We will communicate a lot during this time.
FIVE
Once the site is close to completion you’ll be asked to do a full review of every page. I will also be performing site wide testing to ensure all links are working correctly and the customer journey is flawless.
SIX
Training! All my website builds include training. This will allow you to add or change text or images, upload new blog posts and manage your eCommerce store should you have one. I also provide 4 weeks post launch support for any technical issues or tweaks. This period is not for making further changes.
SEVEN
Final payment and launch! Once we are both happy with the finished product and your final payment has been received your website goes live! If during the lead up to launch, you need support to promote the site and start attracting clients we can add this service on.
